How do I return an item?

Return/Refund Policy
No AVALON products are to be returned for exchange or credit without prior authorization from Avalon Packaging Equipment. Products returned without AVALON's prior authorization will be refused. Please contact us at 877-367-3929 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. AVALON has the sole authority to make any deviations to this policy.

To complete your return, we require an invoice number for proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept a return or offer you a refund or exchange.
Equipment - must be returned on the original pallet with the original shipping crate or box.
Shrink Film - each roll must be returned in its original corrugated carton or an equivalent box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item(s) that you received were incorrect, we will provide return shipping to our facility and cover cost associated to sending you the correct item(s). If you are returning an item due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping to send the new item(s) back to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply to any return.
